boundaries
i heavily support CS (closed species), if you hate / have discourse upon it i usually automatically block.do not interact with me, buy work from me, or even attempt to view my content if you are part of #edtwt / #shtwt or anything similar to those two.do not ask me for a reasoning for anything. i do not owe anyone an explanation to anything.please ask before inspiring off my work. i am not okay with inspiration at all if you do not ask. i block fairly easily because of thisfannart is 100% allowed. no nsfw.do not talk to me about my interests. I find it very annoying and stressful to deal with.do not dm me or message me about art trades unless i offered them to you.do not interact if you make the following things into “jokes” :
diddy, epstein, rape, sexual assault, gender, orientation, age, race, charlie kirk, politics, & more.do not interact if you genuinely dont condone your own actions, enable others bad behaviors, cant see what problems you’re doing / causing, cannot see that what your doing is considered immature & genuinely concerning.

You are not enabled to edit my artwork without any perms from me.
I reserve all rights to reject any customer without reason.
changes in commission are prohibited unless it is genuinely something that fails to portray your character. if it is a small detail I have missed that you would like to edit, there will be a small fee. because I do not do progress updates / sketch it may be sometimes on my end, but that is mainly the reason I have forms.
commissioned artwork (or any artwork you recieve from me) does not grant you commercial rights over. I also still own the art completely as its my work + copyright. I do not allow you to profit off of my artwork. if you wish, commercial rights of any kind of artwork made by me will be +100%.
this being said, you may create keychains, pins, stickers, etc, if you ask me for permission & do not profit off of it.
as of 8/11/26 I have permanently stopped doing progress updates on any kind of commission / trade. this including sketch. If you are not okay with that, you can request for progress updates by paying a 50% fee.
wanting a NDA or non disclosable agreement on any kind of service i am able to grant you will require a 50% fee. (as in to keep your work private, whereas I will be unable to post it.)
general refunds are unavailable unless I am unable to complete your request, or I have been keeping you waiting for over 2+ months without letting you know I have started.
PAYMENT - last updated 8/11/26
all payments should be done through paypal or cashapp. with paypal being preferred. Please not buy my art / designs if you are financially unstable or in a bad state of mind
